1. Agreement to Terms

5. Payment Terms

• Services may be suspended for non-payment

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we make no warranties regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all systems and platforms
• Achievement of specific business results

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phewinfotech IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Project Changes and Scope

Changes to project scope must be agreed upon in writing. Additional work beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to date.

11. Support and Maintenance

Post-deployment support and maintenance services are available as per separate agreements. Standard warranty periods apply to defects in workmanship.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City].
